Our business coaching is focused on getting results and achieving specified goals. Specialising in start-ups, high growth companies, women in business and investment seekers.
Our minimum coaching programs are for 3 months -90 days is a great time frame to set goals, implement strategies and get results. Clients can go longer with coaching, however our model is to transform how they are being in their business so the issues they were dealing with in the coaching program are gone forever and don’t require coaching after the program is complete.
Our three monthly packages range from $500 per month to $2500 per month plus GST.

Case Study
The Business – The business lost its largest client, which brought in over $1 million in sales. In the space of a few months, the company also lost its sales manager who was poaching current clients. The turnover of the business had plummeted back to $1.6 million and it looked as if the company was going to lose even more staff and customers.
The Owner – wanted to sell the business and “get out while he still could”, consolidate the debt and protect the family. Yet in his heart, he didn’t want to do that. He wanted another solution and didn’t know what to do.
What we did and the results
Coaching – we worked with the owner for 6 months. In the first 8 weeks, he personally took over the Sales Manager job and brought in over $1 million in sales to the business. He also delegated part of the management of the business to his 22 year old operations manager, who did an excellent job and the owner focussed more time on the quality of his family life. Now 2 years later, the business has dramatically grown and gross profit margin has improved by 15%, the business has moved into new premises and his family is stable and happy.
