Accountant and Financial Modeller - Susie Forbes

Susie ForbesSusie is a qualified accountant specialising in board level consulting to organisations undergoing structural change, business analysis, process improvements, and strategic, organic or acquisitive growth. Susie’s professional experience has encompassed five years in chartered accounting and more than twenty years in industry, with significant exposure to the finance function generally and the Australian taxation environment in particular.

Having almost twenty years in various senior finance roles, Sue demonstrates an extensive knowledge of business practices, a sound management philosophy, a strong service ethic and a unique cross-functional approach to problem solving.

Over the past 15 years Kathy has worked in Marketing and Business Development across many industry sectors including wholesaling, retailing of consumer health care, financial services & telecommunications, from a start-up business to global organisations. Her expertise in Direct Marketing has included representation on industry regulatory bodies for government liaison.

The most outstanding recent successes have been:

  • Kathy managed a tenuous client relationship to ensure a new partnership deal was negotiated and contractual agreements signed between American Express and one of Spain’s largest banks.
  • As a member of a Bank wide project team, Kathy launched an inbound sales strategy for Citibank: the project delivered over $50 million in revenue within the first year of implementation.
  • Negotiated two major vendor contracts for Citibank with a combined spend of approximately $30 million per annum including managing a Request-for-Tender process.
  • Led a business wide project team (marketing, operations & finance) that identified a new target market for financial services and developed a fully integrated marketing campaign, within 90 days, 2002.
  • Published a Marketing Case Study “Targeting Generation X” for a university text, 2003
  • Finalist in Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) Awards, 2002

Alicia PerryEven though Alicia is the newest member of the team she has already fitted in with the professional go-getting approach of Direct Incite. She is Jen’s right hand person and can be found organising, arranging and providing excellent customer service.

Alicia is a Bendigo local and enjoys working equally with Direct Incite’s regional and global client base.
